Review: Hana Yori Dango

I'm not sure if this is a review or not... But here goes...

Hana Yori Dango is one of my favorite anime series's. It's very romantic, weird and funny at times. It's a bit unrealistic because the bullying is just... UNREAL... But nevertheless I LOVED IT!!! There's 51 episodes.

The average Tsukushi Makino attends the snobby, elite Eitoku Academy, which is dominated by the Flower Four (F4) – the sons of the most powerful families. Like the rest of her classmates, Tsukushi keeps a low profile until one day she can stand it no more! For her obstinance, the F4 declare war and it's Tsukushi against all. In the middle of it all, she finds herself drawn strangely close to two of the F4; they might not be as bad as they seem. With her heart torn between two boys, will Tsukushi be able to find the love she desires?

There are also Japanese, Korean and Taiwanese drama versions of this anime. I only watched the Japanese version because I heard it's the best. The Japanese drama has two seasons. The first one has 9 eps and the second has 11.

The anime AND drama were both AWESOME!!!
9.9/10

C-ute

The C-ute girls are really growing up... They went from kawaii to... Well... A bit like Berryz Koubou. They have become much more sexy and mature.

I dislike the fact that Tsunku pushes Maimi and Airi to the front. Even though they are clearly the best singers they shouldn't be pushed out THAT much. It's like the entire group is Maimi&Airi feat. C-ute. And it's not fair. And lately Airi is being pushed even more than Maimi. So its more like Airi and the back dancers. Okay. Fine. I admit that Airi has an amazing voice and compared to the other C-ute girls she is way superior.

Middle: Left: Suzuki Airi, Murakami Megumi
Bottom: Left: Yajima Maimi, Arihara Kanna

That's them in 2005 or 2006.

This is them in 2010(I'm not sure)

Bottom: from left: Yajima Maimi, Airi Suzuki

You can read about C-ute, it's members and all the other groups and girls of the Hello!Project here. And in case you want to sing H!P(Hello!Project) songs... Here are the lyrics.

Have fun!

My Nr. 1 anime pairing

Well. This is my favorite bleach pairing. Ever since I saw Lil' Shiro he has become my favorite pairing. And... I... I JUST LOVE HIM!!! And since my favorite Bleach Girl is Orihime... THEY MAKE THE BEST COUPLE EVER!!! I think Orihime suits Toshiro because she is caring and she would melt his icy heart. So here are pictures:

This pair just melts my heart...

Buono! Ranking...

Well... Here are the Buono! member ranking.

1. Suzuki Airi
Airi has a wonderful personality during concerts and off-stage. She has great energy and a beautiful voice. She isn't the best dancer but none of the Buono! members have good dance skills. She is very beautiful. She has a natural beauty and I respect her for that. The only thing that's ruining her in most people's eyes is the fact that Tsunku tries to push her to the front a bit to much. She is talented but she is loosing fans because of that.

2. Momoko Tsugunaga
Momo-chan is very kawaii. I love her voice when she sings live. Her dancing is just like Airi's and Miyabi's. She has great energy. And I am happy to see that she always has a smile on her.I just don't have anything to say about her. She doesn't stand out in Buono!... That's all. Oh and her Kawaii-ness is sometimes fake and over-the-top.

3. Miyabi Natsuyaki
A few reasons why I dislike her: 1. Her voice isn't that good. 2. She's a bit of a show-off. 3. She isn't natural. She doesn't give it her all. She just lacks spirit. Perhaps she's trying to look mature. Compared to Airi and Momo, who are energetic and happy all the time, she's quite quiet and she looks kinda bored. But I realised that I don't dislike her... I just don't thing she's good enough to be one of the lead singers in Berryz.

Grimm X Hime

This is one of my favorite Bleach pairings. Orihime, being my favorite Bleach character is the center of all my favorite pairings. I have a bit of an obsession with the bad guys. I really like dangerous guys. So Grimmjow is my favorite Bleach guy(along with Ulquiorra, Toshiro and Kenpachi). I have been supporting this couple ever since Orihime healed his hand.

Harajuku and Lolita girls

Both of these styles really interest me although I'm not going to try these styles. An entire outfit can cost about 300$!!! Sure is a high price to pay for beauty. I personally prefer Lolita's over Harajuku girls. Lolita's style feels a bit more mature(although Sweet Lolita's are supposed to be childish) and fashionable while Harajuku is more wild and miss matched. It's too much of a mess...

Harajuku girls above

Lolita's have some sort of sub-styles... I don't really know how to call them...

There they are:

Gothic Lolita or GothLoli ~~~~~~~~~~~~>

They keep the Victorian-ness of the Lolita style while adding a bit of darkness. They usually look mysterious and dark. Like scary Victorian dolls but they still look beautiful. The most essential GothLoli's trait is their white face and dark clothes.

Sweet Lolita or ama-Loli ~~~~~~~~~~~~>

They are basically trying to capture a Victorian child.  They do so by choosing girly, light and happy colors. Usually pink or white. Their main goal is to look "kawaii". They keep their make up bright and optimistic.

Classic Lolitas ~~~~~~~~~~~~>

Classic Lolita is a more mature style of Lolita that focuses on simple elegance. The colors aren't as dark as the GothLoli's but it's also not as kawaii as ame-loli. This style is much more simple.

Punk Lolita
~~~~~~~~~~~~>
I really like this picture. I think it's a bit more soft than the original Punk Lolita. Punk Lolita is much more wild and dangerous looking than the GothLoli. Although it resembles it a bit. Motifs that are usually found in punk clothing, such as tattered fabric, ties, safety pins and chains, screen-printed fabrics are included in the Lolita style.
There are many more sub-styles but these are considered the main ones. So which ones do you like? Which it your fave? ^_^
Review: Lovely Complex
Lovely Complex or Love♥Com is the funniest and most romantic anime ever! I guess It's one of my favorites. I have watched this anime about 6 times. And each time I love it even more. It also has a movie. The movie isn't as good. But it ROCKS!!!
Lovely Complex is a story of a boy and a girl. The girl, Koizumi Risa, is much taller than the average Japanese girl; and the boy, Atsushi Otani, is much shorter than the average Japanese boy. Due to their immense difference in size and constant bickering with each other, the duo is unwillingly the school’s comic relief. As Risa and Otani continue to provide endless laughter for the masses, their friendship develops; and with that, so does Risa’s feelings for Otani...
Review: Gate Keepers
Gate keepers was the first anime I have ever watched. It really brings back memories.
The year is 1969 and alien invaders are trying to dominate the world. The only hope for Earth is AEGIS, a group of teenagers with the special ability to open 'Gates' that let them harness elemental powers gated from another dimension. AEGIS must now seek out other gatekeepers in order to stand a chance against the destruction of the world.
This anime is basically about aliens and has a slight bit of romance between the main characters that not everyone detects. It has 24 episodes. I don't remember it much but it was quite interesting.
To Start Off...
I'm a bit shy about writing this... Or maybe I just don't have any idea's at the moment. I'm just going to say it like it is...
Hello! I'm Ayumi Asakura. That's not my actual name but who cares about the actual name. I'm 13 years old and I... I... Um... *wonders off to her own world*... I am a vegetarian! I'm a bit on the weird side and I'm quite energetic. Well more like hyperactive. Due to birth problems I have ADD and ADHD. Which basically means I an really hyperactive and I can't concentrate... Which makes life a bit hard since staying still is... Well... Impossible. Over the years I've kinda grown out of this and I've become a bit more serious and calm.
At the age of 8 me, my mother and her boyfriend moved to Ireland and I've lived there for five years. I came back in 2009 and once again started going to a Lithuanian school(Lithuania is the country which I was born in). The Lithuanian grammar is really hard for me because of the five years I've been absent of Lithuanian schools. My grades aren't that good. I was the new kid along with another girl who I made really close friends with. I guess I can call her my best friend. We both share the love for anime so we had a lot to talk about. Later we found out that we have a lot of things in common. But unlike me she's much more slow and quiet. But the more I get to know her the more I see that that's not true. People compare her to a zombie. But FUCK them. They don't even know her. Anyyywayyy..... We also found out that we share the passion for music and that we both love to sing. She's the first person I can actually sing in-front of.
During a school trip Me and my BEST friend made friends with another girl. She was a year younger than us. She also loved anime and singing. So at the start of this summer we made a band. Since I'm the oldest I'm the captain. I like that because I love responsibility.
UGH!! I have to go now!! I think I ruined the microwave...
